Бяхме гости на хотела в периода 30.12.11-2.01.12 и останахме с отлични впечатления .Обслужването в ресторанта бе на много високо ниво.В стаите чистотата е 5 звезди.Благодарим.

Dear Hotel Manager!
Our family would like to thank you for hospitality
and kind attitude to Russian tourists, who were accommodated in your hotel because of conflict situation between Alma-Tour and Bulgarian Air. Our son and his friend marked that the staff was friendly, did their best to solve any problems and helped our tourists.All were given good dinner in the restaurant at the arrival and breakfast and lunch next day. The guests could use the internet, what was very important, because we immediately connect with our son. Finally, I would say that the hotel impressed with its rooms and services, attentive team and atmosphere. So, thank you very much and best regards, Irina and Alexander

I stayed at the Hotel Bulgaria in the presidential suite earlier this year. I must say that I was most impressed with the suite and the room is most certainly of a superior standard.
